So the honor is for you who believe, but for those who do not believe, “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,”
The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is the Lord's doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.
This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Have you not read this Scripture: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?”
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?
and “A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.” They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.
Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,
By faith Rahab the prostitute did not perish with those who were disobedient, because she had given a friendly welcome to the spies.
Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience.

But of Israel he says, “All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”
“Therefore, O King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision,
They said to the woman, “It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.”
But he looked directly at them and said, “What then is this that is written: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone’?
What is your beloved more than another beloved, O most beautiful among women? What is your beloved more than another beloved, that you thus adjure us? My beloved is radiant and ruddy, distinguished among ten thousand. His head is the finest gold; his locks are wavy, black as a raven. His eyes are like doves beside streams of water, bathed in milk, sitting beside a full pool. His cheeks are like beds of spices, mounds of sweet-smelling herbs. His lips are lilies, dripping liquid myrrh.
For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another.
and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.
Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.”
a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.”
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. And I will shake all nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts.
In that day the Lord of hosts will be a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people,
