All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.
Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day. Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the aged, for I keep your precepts. I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word.
“The Spirit of the Lord speaks by me; his word is on my tongue.
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,
The ear that listens to life-giving reproof will dwell among the wise.
correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,
Out of heaven he let you hear his voice, that he might discipline you. And on earth he let you see his great fire, and you heard his words out of the midst of the fire.
how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house,
For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.
And he said to them, “Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house, who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.”
He had been instructed in the way of the Lord. And being fervent in spirit, he spoke and taught accurately the things concerning Jesus, though he knew only the baptism of John.
an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of children, having in the law the embodiment of knowledge and truth—
You gave your good Spirit to instruct them and did not withhold your manna from their mouth and gave them water for their thirst.
Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible,
And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”
Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear his voice,
