To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David, the servant of the Lord, who addressed the words of this song to the Lord on the day when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
O Lord, my Lord, the strength of my salvation, you have covered my head in the day of battle.
Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy!
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
You are my God, and I will give thanks to you; you are my God; I will extol you.
God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations. And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations!
Exalt the Lord our God; worship at his footstool! Holy is he!
Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!
He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes have seen.
And he said, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.
And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.” Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”
that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
A Song of Praise. Of David. I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever.
“The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock, and exalted be my God, the rock of my salvation,
And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again.
Then you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says the Lord, Israel is my firstborn son,
so that I come again to my father's house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God, and this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, shall be God's house. And of all that you give me I will give a full tenth to you.”
In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.
he says: “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”

Of David. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.
You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.
for my eyes have seen your salvation
to give knowledge of salvation to his people in the forgiveness of their sins,
And I will put this third into the fire, and refine them as one refines silver, and test them as gold is tested. They will call upon my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘They are my people’; and they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’”
Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer's; he makes me tread on my high places. To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments.
And they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Truly the hills are a delusion, the orgies on the mountains. Truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.
Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool; what is the house that you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest?
But Israel is saved by the Lord with everlasting salvation; you shall not be put to shame or confounded to all eternity.
until I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob.”
Our God is a God of salvation, and to God, the Lord, belong deliverances from death.
He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken. On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God.
A Psalm of David. A song at the dedication of the temple. I will extol you, O Lord, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me.
The Lord is the strength of his people; he is the saving refuge of his anointed.
On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother's womb you have been my God.
Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.
“But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain you; how much less this house that I have built!
I have indeed built you an exalted house, a place for you to dwell in forever.”
Great salvation he brings to his king, and shows steadfast love to his anointed, to David and his offspring forever.”
“Go and tell my servant David, ‘Thus says the Lord: Would you build me a house to dwell in?
And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you.
For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,
