And Jacob saw that Laban did not regard him with favor as before.

And Saul eyed David from that day on. The next day a harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved within his house while David was playing the lyre, as he did day by day. but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his face fell.
