Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God, as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’”
Then I said, “Behold, I have come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me: I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.”
Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.
For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.
“I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of him who sent me.
then he added, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second. And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
“Take a scroll and write on it all the words that I have spoken to you against Israel and Judah and all the nations, from the day I spoke to you, from the days of Josiah until today.
I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”
rejoicing in his inhabited world and delighting in the children of man.
