When they got out on land, they saw a charcoal fire in place, with fish laid out on it, and bread.
And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him and said to him, “Arise and eat.” And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a cake baked on hot stones and a jar of water. And he ate and drank and lay down again.
Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and so with the fish.
Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish that you have just caught.”
Now the servants and officers had made a charcoal fire, because it was cold, and they were standing and warming themselves. Peter also was with them, standing and warming himself.
And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be worried. For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.
And if I send them away hungry to their homes, they will faint on the way. And some of them have come from far away.”
Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and were ministering to him.
