The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish.
The Lord's curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the dwelling of the righteous.
The wicked are overthrown and are no more, but the house of the righteous will stand.
And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”
I will send it out, declares the Lord of hosts, and it shall enter the house of the thief, and the house of him who swears falsely by my name. And it shall remain in his house and consume it, both timber and stones.”
The Righteous One observes the house of the wicked; he throws the wicked down to ruin.
For you say, ‘Where is the house of the prince? Where is the tent in which the wicked lived?’
He is torn from the tent in which he trusted and is brought to the king of terrors. In his tent dwells that which is none of his; sulfur is scattered over his habitation.
And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.
Precious treasure and oil are in a wise man's dwelling, but a foolish man devours it.
Whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like a green leaf.
He leans against his house, but it does not stand; he lays hold of it, but it does not endure.
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table.
Surely such are the dwellings of the unrighteous, such is the place of him who knows not God.”
For the company of the godless is barren, and fire consumes the tents of bribery.
if you are pure and upright, surely then he will rouse himself for you and restore your rightful habitation.
His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
“This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage that oppressors receive from the Almighty: If his children are multiplied, it is for the sword, and his descendants have not enough bread. Those who survive him the pestilence buries, and his widows do not weep. Though he heap up silver like dust, and pile up clothing like clay, he may pile it up, but the righteous will wear it, and the innocent will divide the silver.
Utter darkness is laid up for his treasures; a fire not fanned will devour him; what is left in his tent will be consumed. The heavens will reveal his iniquity, and the earth will rise up against him. The possessions of his house will be carried away, dragged off in the day of God's wrath.
