With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!
Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart.
Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart,
He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
And all Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and had sought him with their whole desire, and he was found by them, and the Lord gave them rest all around.

You spurn all who go astray from your statutes, for their cunning is in vain.
You rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from your commandments.
Bondservants, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not by way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.
Yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah did not return to me with her whole heart, but in pretense, declares the Lord.”
who forsake the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness,
But those who turn aside to their crooked ways the Lord will lead away with evildoers! Peace be upon Israel!
Their heart was not steadfast toward him; they were not faithful to his covenant.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant, for I do not forget your commandments.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

those who bow down on the roofs to the host of the heavens, those who bow down and swear to the Lord and yet swear by Milcom, those who have turned back from following the Lord, who do not seek the Lord or inquire of him.”
Their heart is false; now they must bear their guilt. The Lord will break down their altars and destroy their pillars.
The insolent smear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep your precepts;
Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Deliver me from my enemies, O Lord! I have fled to you for refuge. Teach me to do your will, for you are my God! Let your good Spirit lead me on level ground!
I entreat your favor with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise.
they wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill. My sheep were scattered over all the face of the earth, with none to search or seek for them.
Forsaking the right way, they have gone astray. They have followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved gain from wrongdoing, but was rebuked for his own transgression; a speechless donkey spoke with human voice and restrained the prophet's madness. These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm. For them the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved. For, speaking loud boasts of folly, they entice by sensual passions of the flesh those who are barely escaping from those who live in error. They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved.
