“Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain!”
Hear this, O house of Jacob, who are called by the name of Israel, and who came from the waters of Judah, who swear by the name of the Lord and confess the God of Israel, but not in truth or right.
So Israel lived in safety, Jacob lived alone, in a land of grain and wine, whose heavens drop down dew.
Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation.
My foot stands on level ground; in the great assembly I will bless the Lord.
Should your springs be scattered abroad, streams of water in the streets?
O house of Israel, bless the Lord! O house of Aaron, bless the Lord! O house of Levi, bless the Lord! You who fear the Lord, bless the Lord! Blessed be the Lord from Zion, he who dwells in Jerusalem! Praise the Lord!
Then on that day David first appointed that thanksgiving be sung to the Lord by Asaph and his brothers. Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works! Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice! Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!
Let them extol him in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
