But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?”
Who has believed what he has heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
What if some were unfaithful? Does their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God?
so that the word spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled: “Lord, who has believed what he heard from us, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?” Therefore they could not believe. For again Isaiah said, “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, lest they see with their eyes, and understand with their heart, and turn, and I would heal them.”
For good news came to us just as to them, but the message they heard did not benefit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened.
in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
You were running well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?
and “A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.” They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
And being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him,

through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations,
And some were convinced by what he said, but others disbelieved.
but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep.
Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the voice of his servant? Let him who walks in darkness and has no light trust in the name of the Lord and rely on his God.
