His flesh is so wasted away that it cannot be seen, and his bones that were not seen stick out.
My bones stick to my skin and to my flesh, and I have escaped by the skin of my teeth.
and at the end of your life you groan, when your flesh and body are consumed,
For my days pass away like smoke, and my bones burn like a furnace. My heart is struck down like grass and has withered; I forget to eat my bread. Because of my loud groaning my bones cling to my flesh.
When you discipline a man with rebukes for sin, you consume like a moth what is dear to him; surely all mankind is a mere breath! Selah
