A Miktam of David. Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings,

Love the Lord, all you his saints! The Lord preserves the faithful but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride.
