Let the righteous one rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!
Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart! Shout for joy in the Lord, O you righteous! Praise befits the upright.
And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.
But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.
As smoke is driven away, so you shall drive them away; as wax melts before fire, so the wicked shall perish before God! But the righteous shall be glad; they shall exult before God; they shall be jubilant with joy!
Oh, guard my soul, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.
The righteous see it and are glad; the innocent one mocks at them,
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance; he will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked.
