Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; listen to my plea for grace.
To the choirmaster: for the flutes. A Psalm of David. Give ear to my words, O Lord; consider my groaning. Give attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to you do I pray.
O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleas for mercy!
A Prayer of David. Hear a just cause, O Lord; attend to my cry! Give ear to my prayer from lips free of deceit!
